We also assign a lead consultant and project team to work with you throughout the project.

Your practice leader takes charge of the strategic aspects of a survey initiative: blueprinting with key stakeholders, setting organizational goals and metrics, customizing the survey, interpreting and presenting results, and guiding action planning. The practice leader assigned to you remains consistent across multiple surveys and consulting projects.

At the conclusion of your employee or physician survey, Morehead will deliver an Executive Overview and introduce its framework to organize, execute, and manage your organization’s response to the survey findings. Our evidence-based approach is well received by senior leaders. Morehead will establish a roadmap for effective feedback and action planning that quickly moves senior leaders and managers from analysis to action in a few straightforward steps.
