Brian Noble

Brian joined Morehead in 2009 with extensive external consulting and internal human resources management experience. Among his strengths is the ability to help clients leverage their employee engagement data to support their talent management strategy. Brian also has extensive experience in change management. He works with clients to help them navigate through the many changes facing healthcare today, while maintaining a focus on employee engagement. He is passionate about customer service, and this commitment drives his decision-making.

Prior to joining Morehead, Brian was a senior manager within Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Consulting practice. He also held senior HR leadership positions at Deloitte and was a director of recruiting and a change management consultant for Accenture. Brian has expertise in large-scale change management initiatives, both from external consulting and internal perspectives. In addition, he has a broad range of experience in talent management strategy, implementation, and other human resources areas. Brian holds a Master of Science in industrial-organization psychology from Clemson University.
