Rod Wilkes

Rod has been a Senior Consultant with Morehead for 10 years and has more than 15 years industry experience. His experience with Morehead’s clients and his deep industry knowledge provide valuable insights in helping clients reduce the uncertainty of managing human capital. He has also been instructional in developing some of Morehead’s most popular products and services.

Prior to joining Morehead, Rod worked with Accenture as an organizational development and change management consultant. Rod holds a Master in Science in industrial-organizational psychology from Clemson University.
