Sue Knight

Sue has over 30 years' experience in assessment, quantitative research, and intervention in non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her work with Morehead has focused on using employee and physician survey research to improve organizational outcomes. Sue has worked with hundreds of client organizations to gather employee opinions and use them to make decisions and take actions for improvement. She has contributed to the design and development of Morehead’s models, products, services, processes and tools.

Sue joined Morehead in 1998 from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system, one of the largest public school systems in the United States, where she was assistant superintendent for research, assessment, and planning. Her background includes individual, group, and systems psychology with children, adults, families, schools, systems, and organizations. She holds a doctorate in psychology from the University of South Carolina.
