MoreheadCARES
For more than thirty years, Morehead has not only helped our clients drive critical business outcomes, but it has also helped the community. MoreheadCARES is a committee of Morehead employees whose mission is to build employee engagement through fellowship, care, and community service.
The three main areas of focus for MoreheadCARES are -
- Employee Care. Morehead strives to make its employees feel welcome and cared for. Examples of employee care include recognition of employee birthdays, bridal showers, and baby showers, as well as help with family emergency situations that arise.
- Fellowship. Focusing on fellowship enables Morehead employees to socialize and build personal relationships with one another. Examples of fellowship include holiday outings, socials, and meet-and-greets for new hires.
- Service. Giving employees opportunities to provide volunteer assistance and support for multiple causes creates a sense of accomplishment, while also helping the community. Examples of service projects include cleaning local parks, donating food, donating school supplies, and working with Habitat for Humanity.
