Our organization had a long standing relationship with another engagement survey vendor and at first, was hesitant to consider other options. After careful review and analysis, I recommended Morehead as our new vendor, and we haven't looked back since. When considering this vendor change, our primary concern was losing eight years of data comparisons. However, Morehead was able to map our data from our previous vendor in a way that allowed our comparisons and analysis to be easily handled. Morehead has been an ongoing committed partner to our hospital. Their vast data base with benchmarks from other academic hospitals has been beneficial in helping us identify where our greatest potential lies as well as how we compare to others doing similar work.
