Holly has experience in the healthcare field in both clinical and non-clinical settings. This diverse background gives her a complete understanding of the healthcare employees' experience and their ever changing needs. Her experience enables her to point healthcare leaders in the direction that will help them achieve the most improvement within their organizations. Holly’s clinical experience comes as a Diabetes Care Specialist with NovoNordisk, where she worked with diabetes patients on nutrition, exercise, and insulin regulation. Prior to joining Morehead, Holly worked with Press Ganey Associates in their physician and employee division. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lycoming College.
