Ange Lefler

Ange has over 18 years experience in management consulting, quality, process design, and process improvement. Her work with Morehead over the last 10 years has focused on establishing enterprise-wide systems and processes that provide maximum client satisfaction. She has experience improving workflow and quality, redesigning processes, and reducing downtime. Prior to joining Morehead in 2000, Ange worked at Eastman Chemical Company as an industrial engineer supporting the human resources division. While at Eastman, she led the company-wide implementation of the employee engagement process. She was also instrumental in completing the human resources sections of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award application and facilitating site visits, which contributed to Eastman’s winning this award in 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Clemson University.
