University HealthSystem Consortium Selects Morehead to Provide Employee Satisfaction and Consulting Services
Oak Brook, Ill (April 21, 2009) – The University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) today announced that it has awarded a 3-year agreement for employee satisfaction surveys and consulting services to Morehead Associates, Inc., based in Charlotte, NC. The agreement, which has 2 optional 1-year renewal periods, became effective on April 1, 2009.
Morehead offers an extensive array of customized surveys and analyses to help organizations transform employee opinions into targeted actions for improvement. Morehead’s services include survey development through postsurvey training and action planning. Organization leaders receive information that enables them to:
- Target and focus human capital initiatives
- Prioritize systemic change
- Inform work-unit interventions
- Align employees with business strategies
Morehead’s staff of doctoral-level social scientists and performance improvement professionals apply predictive modeling techniques and methodologies to illuminate key issues and identify the most effective means of improving those aspects of the organizations they serve.
